Ralph Watson
Ralph is a Trainer and Coach with an impressive track record of helping clients make powerful, positive changes in their lives. Ralph is certified by the International NLP Trainers Association, and is a Master NLP Trainer with the European and Middle Eastern Institute for NLP.


Jennifer Fitzgerald
Jennifer is a fully qualified NLP Trainer, accredited by the International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA) and an executive coach. She has also undertaken training in NLP and CBT-based psychotherapy, and in accelerated learning. Jennifer has held senior positions in leading international companies and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cranfield University.

He’s a lecturer at Cardiff University and an authorised trainer for Susan Jeffers Ph.D in the UK.

Using NLP techniques to encourage development and positive behavioural change, Andy achieves effective outcomes with his clients.

Ellen Bothwick
Ellen is an experienced International Soft Skills Trainer and Public Speaker in NLP. Utilising a style of training which actively involves the collaboration of students to help them achieve maximum results, and sustain life-changing behaviour in both their professional and personal lives. Ellen has a strong business background with over 20 years' experience in management, training, sales and marketing.
